A new home is where carpentry decides everything downstream. Set the frame square and true and every trade behind you works faster, cleaner and to a tighter tolerance. We run new builds the same way we run our own tools - measured once, set out properly, checked before it is covered.
We work directly with owners, designers and project builders across the Central Coast, staying on site from set-out through to the final architrave so nothing is handed between crews mid-stage.

Set-out, structure, then finish. One point of contact, staged updates, and a clean site at the end of every day.

Handover
A walk-through together, a defects list closed out before we leave, and honest advice on maintaining the work.
